How does Email Marketing pricing work? In detail!

Our pricing works on a simple monthly subscription model, allowing you to upload or add (through a subscription form, for example) a chosen number of contacts. The day of the month you purchase the Email Marketing product will be the start of your billing period, and you will be billed automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. You can choose between three pricing plans – Free, Starter and Pro. Read above to see the comparison of their features. The Free plan allows you to try out our basic features with a sending limit of 100 emails per day and 1,000 contact limit.

I would like to try XCIPTM. How do I get started?

To start, simply create an account by clicking the “Try for Free” button in the upper right hand corner of our website. You’ll then be notified that a verification email has been sent to the email address you signed up with. Our Free plan will allow you to add 1,000 contacts and send up to 100 emails/day to test our key features. To learn how to create your first campaign,

What if I reach the limits of my plan?

At any time if you reach your contact or email sending limit, you can either have our system automatically upgrade your plan, allowing you to add more contacts, or you can be informed about this and upgrade your plan manually.

How can I upgrade or downgrade?

You can upgrade at any time through the Billing screen in your account. If you have auto-increase enabled and you exceed the contact limit or email sending limit of your plan, the system will automatically upgrade your plan and you will be billed the higher amount only for the remainder of your subscription period. If you need to downgrade your plan, you can do so during the last two days of the billing subscription period. You will be immediately charged for the new plan and your add-ons (if you have any).

Are all stored contacts counted into my pricing plan?

If you pick the Starter or Pro pricing plan, you will be able to send emails to the number of contacts supported by your plan and you are only charged for the number of contacts stored on your account. Each contact has a status associated with it. Only active contacts count towards your plan’s limit, so those that have the active, engaged or transactional status. If you sent emails to a particular contact and later on, it is no longer active because you either deleted it or changed its status to inactive, unsubscribed, stale or complaint during a given subscription period, it will count toward your contact limit for that subscription period.
